Chili lovers are invited to experience the tastes and smells of some of Columbia's most creative chili recipes during the Palladium Society's 15th Annual Chili Cook-Off on Saturday, February 23 from 5 - 8 pm at the Ellison Building - State Fairgrounds.
This annual event is hosted by Historic Columbia Foundation's Palladium Society and features a variety of chili recipes from contestants, judging by local celebrities and chefs, live music by Whiskey Tango Revue and prizes for the winners!
